30-day peace of mind
We want you to love your ORDÉ pieces. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
How it works
1. Email support.orde@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you simple return instructions, including the return address.
3. Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
4. We'll process your refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs
– Damaged, defective or wrong item? That's on us. Send a quick photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases you won't even need to send anything back.
– Changed your mind? No problem — you can return the item within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we refund the full product price once the item arrives back with us.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return (or approving your photo claim). Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
