1. Store & eligibility

Our products are offered for delivery within the United States only. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud or pricing errors); in that case any payment already made will be refunded in full. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout using the payment methods offered there. We may correct pricing errors that are obvious and unmistakable.

4. Shipping

We ship free of charge within the United States. Processing and delivery times are described on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Product information

We take care to display our products accurately, but slight variations in color and appearance may occur depending on your screen.

7. Intellectual property

All content in this store (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
